Release Policy

Because our doves are part of our family, we are very strict on our release policy. While we want our doves to add an enchanting aspect to your event, we must also make sure they are completely safe and can return back home with no issues. Here is a list of our policy requirements:

• Our doves can only be released if we have clear weather. If it is storming, lightning, or any other type of inclement weather, our doves will not be released.
• Our doves must be released at least 1 hour before sunset to ensure they have plenty of time to return back home safely. Our team can advise you on the best release time.
• We will not ship our doves anywhere, they must be released within our release area. Any releases beyond 25 miles of zip code 21234 will incur an additional $50 fee.
• One of our dove specialists must be present for the release of the doves to ensure everything goes correctly.
• Our doves cannot be released indoors, only in an outdoor setting with a clear path to the sky.
